About ICEDrops

ICEDrops is a simple community map for time-limited reports. The only category is “ICE Sighting in Area”. Each report is public and auto-expires after 4 hours so the map stays current.

Why this exists

ICEDrops is a web-based replacement for the ICEBlock concept now that Apple removed that app from the App Store under pressure from the Trump Regime. This page works in any modern browser and can be saved to your Home Screen like an app.

How it works

  1. Click the map (or use “Use my location”) to set a point.
  2. Enter a short message (what you saw and when).
  3. Submit. Your report appears on the map and disappears automatically in about 4 hours.

Legality and First Amendment

  • Free speech: Sharing brief, factual observations about public activity is generally protected by the First Amendment.
  • No ban on maps like this: There is no law that, by itself, prohibits creating or viewing a community map of user-submitted observations. This page does not tell anyone to obstruct, evade, or interfere with law enforcement.
  • Executive roles: Pam Bondi is not a judge or a court. Executive officials do not create law by statement. Platform policies may change, but your rights come from the Constitution and laws passed through proper process.
  • Not legal advice. Always follow federal, state, and local laws. If you have legal questions, consult an attorney.

What this page is for

This page lets neighbors share brief, location-based awareness of an ICE presence in the area. It is a fast, lightweight way to understand what is happening nearby.

What to include

  • Plain description: e.g., “Marked DHS vehicles seen,” “Unmarked SUVs with uniforms,” “Checkpoint near Main and 3rd.”
  • Approximate location: an intersection or landmark is best.
  • Time seen: “2:35 PM,” “about 10 minutes ago,” etc.

What not to post

  • No personally identifying information: no names, faces, license plates, or exact home or apartment numbers.
  • No private data: no phone numbers, emails, or doxxing of any kind.
  • No harassment or vigilantism: do not obstruct or interfere with anyone.
  • No rumors: post only what you directly observed.

FAQ

Why only one category?

Clarity and speed. One focused category keeps reports consistent and easy to scan.

How long do reports stay up?

About 4 hours by default. They expire automatically to keep the map current.

Do I need an account?

No. Submissions are lightweight and rate-limited to reduce spam.

Is my exact location stored?

You control the pin you place. Do not post private addresses. Use intersections or landmarks whenever possible.

Tips for clear reports

  • Keep it short and factual.
  • Use intersections like “Pine and 7th” or a clear landmark.
  • Add when it was seen: “just now,” “10 minutes ago,” or a time.
