Zuckerberg and Meta Censorship and Vetting is Ridiculous so I’m going to mirror my latest post here…

·

A satirical illustration showing a man resembling Congressman Mark Alford sneaking through the side entrance of a small rural Missouri hospital at night. He’s carrying a folder labeled “Unwritten Bill” and tiptoeing past signs that say “Budget Cuts Ahead” and “Medicaid Lifeline.” Inside, tired nurses and doctors look on with crossed arms. The image is clearly satire, poking fun at political grandstanding while rural healthcare struggles.

Since Zuckerberg is controlling the flow of political information for candidates and politicians, you can read the post here until he decides to release it…

Also, Screw You Zuck, can’t stop me from posting here! 🤬

📣 Rural Missouri, listen up.

Mark Alford’s been popping into hospitals and clinics across our district — smiling for cameras and promising “funding” tied to some bill he claims will help rural healthcare.

Here’s the truth: there is no passed law bringing new money to our hospitals. Nothing has cleared Congress. Nothing has been signed. What has moved forward are budget proposals that slash Medicaid — the one program keeping many small hospitals above water.

Missouri’s own rural health experts have warned that cuts like these would gut local healthcare systems. Dozens of rural hospitals are already operating on razor-thin margins. Lose Medicaid reimbursements, and some will shut down completely.

So when Alford says “funding is coming,” ask him this:

• Which bill?

• What law?

• When does it actually take effect?

Because right now, his words don’t match the record. The only concrete thing on the table are Republican budget plans that shrink Medicaid, not strengthen it.

And the impact on our communities?

💔 ERs closing.

💔 Clinics cutting hours.

💔 Fewer nurses, fewer specialists, fewer jobs.

That’s not “fighting for Missouri.” That’s letting rural families fend for themselves.

Rural Missouri deserves straight answers — not photo ops and false promises.
