Bob Onder Violent Rhetoric Is Dangerous and Divisive

Summary

Republicans like Bob Onder are spewing divisive rhetoric after Charlie Kirk’s killing, blaming Democrats without evidence. This dangerous language fuels political violence. I’m promoting peace, unity, and bipartisan solutions for everyday Americans, not billionaires.

Bob Onder violent rhetoric crossed a line. Calling the left “pure evil” is not leadership—it’s a calculated smear that divides neighbors and feeds the worst instincts in politics. After the killing of Charlie Kirk, some Republicans rushed to blame Democrats without evidence. That’s reckless and dangerous.

The danger of Bob Onder violent rhetoric

When a Member of Congress says there’s “no middle ground” and brands millions of Americans as “pure evil,” it signals that opponents aren’t just wrong—they’re enemies. History tells us that dehumanizing language escalates conflict. It doesn’t solve a single problem for Missouri families trying to pay for groceries, farm inputs, or a clinic visit.

Let’s stick to facts. As of this writing, no suspect has been arrested in the Kirk case, and law enforcement has not identified any political affiliation. Public officials should not pre-judge an investigation or weaponize a tragedy. That fuels more anger and less truth.

What recent history actually shows

For years, the loudest calls that crossed into threats and violence have come from the MAGA fringe: the January 6 attack on the Capitol, threats against election workers, and plots against public officials. Prosecutors have secured hundreds of convictions tied to Jan. 6. We can debate policy fiercely, but we cannot deny who broke windows, beat officers, and halted the peaceful transfer of power.

That matters because language like “pure evil” tells people to view neighbors as enemies. It primes unstable individuals to act. Bob Onder’s words don’t cool temperatures—they raise them. That’s dangerous for our communities and wrong for America.

Missouri needs solutions, not slogans

I’m done with performative outrage and billionaire-class politics that divide us to keep us distracted. My campaign is focused on bipartisan work: lowering costs for working families, protecting small farms, expanding rural clinics and urgent care, finishing broadband, and investing in good jobs. That’s how we stabilize communities—and reduce violence—by giving people a fair shot and a future.

We can be blunt without being cruel. We can be strong without being violent. We can be conservative or progressive and still agree on basic decency. Bob Onder violent rhetoric fails that test. Missouri deserves better.

Stand with us against division—and for safety

Political violence is real. Candidates speaking for unity and working families face risks. If you support this message—peace, law, and bipartisan problem-solving—I’m asking for your help to fund essential protective equipment so we can keep meeting voters across Missouri.
